She started MCDC after sharing her amazing cheesy and delicious “Crabby Dip” with friends who encouraged her to expand her culinary talents into catering. From there, she has grown her business into one of the best food trucks in Philly, known for offering flavorful pescatarian cuisine and a line of seasonings for seafood, meats, and veggies alike.
